The system includes ten stainless steel chutes with anti-blocking treatment and a vibration feeder for uniform material distribution. An integrated high-speed ejector reacts instantly to detected defects, ensuring only high-quality output. The 10-inch touch screen panel offers intuitive controls for easy configuration and monitoring.


Automatic Cleaning and Industrial Suitability

Automatic air jet cleaning keeps the sorting channels free from blockages, minimizing downtime. Operating within 0C to 40C and requiring an air compressor, this color sorter is designed for industrial use across grain, seed, and mineral processing sectors.
