2048 Pixel CCD Camera

Each Smart Giant V3 machine comes with a 2048 pixel CCD Camera, which is known for their superior performance in grain color sorting. This camera along with our signal processing algorithm identifies even the smallest color differences and dots. The precision of the camera goes down to 0.09 mm scanning.

LCD Touch Screen Interface

You can operate the Smart Giant V3 in a very relaxed and convenient way. The touch screen will be luminous with TFT LCD and the interface has made comfy. The menus have been kept petite which will help the users to work with least hardship.

High Performance Chutes

Smart Giant V3 comes with 28 channels chute with 4.2 mm width each, which means that the flow of grains through ejection point will be smooth. Every chute is hardened, naturally polished and seasoned alloy which means grander performance.

Vibrator

Smart Giant V3 comes with a self tuning DC conversion system vibrator tray which helps you in getting high quality sorting of your rice. The flow of rice is maintained uniformly. The vibrator works in consistently even when the voltage is high or low.

1MS Ejector Valves

Smart Giant V3 uses 1 milli second ultra jet values which means that grains which are impure will be eliminated immediately at every pin point signal. This ensures that the good grains are not eliminated, which turn maximises your profit. The fast switching ejector operates up to 1000 ejections per second.

Grain Analysis

The grain passing through the inspection area is very closely scanned by the camera for any impurity. The grains are divided by vertical and horizontal lines and each individual sector is considered. The output quality and sorting accuracy can be set by you according to your product preferences.
