Mark Rice Destoner

A rice destoner is a grain cleaning machine designed to remove stones, heavy impurities, and foreign particles mixed with rice or other grains based on their density differences. It ensures the material fed into milling or processing lines is free from unwanted stones, metal, glass, and similar heavy contaminants — improving product quality and protecting downstream machines from damage

The machine typically uses vibration, air suction, and gravity separation. Lighter rice grains are lifted by upward airflow and vibration, while heavier impurities such as stones settle down and are discharged separately.
