Digital Online moisture meter for paddy

Digital Online moisture meter measures the moisture content in boiled or raw paddy dried in recycling type paddy driers. This moisture meter measures and displays the average of the moisture content in the paddy in random sampling, and raise siren when the moisture level reaches the set level.

Mark moisture meter consist two parts, Measuring sensor unit and display control unit. Sensor unit fitted in the path between drier bin and the recycling elevator in such a way the sensor wheels encounters with flowing paddy. In a preset time (say 15 min), the sensor wheels rotate and measure the moisture present in the paddy.

The display and control unit displays the actual moisture and set moisture. When the actual moisture reading meets the set moisture
level, the unit will raise a siren and a potential free changeover point is available for further control operation.
